About us

Our animals come from collaborating farms, which supply us with animals produced with food and handling, which we review and approve.

These farms come from the producers of northern Spain and the region of Las Bardenas Reales de Navarra and the five towns that extend through the southeast of the Spanish autonomous community of Navarra and part of that of Aragon. Given the orography, the climate and the abundant water in the area, close to the Pyrenees. The farmlands located in these regions provide us with high-quality raw materials, which provides you with a superior quality food.

The steers that we buy for these farms are acquired in dual-purpose cattle farms, weighing about 50 kilos, to which we provide top quality milk until reaching 120 kilos in weight, then they are fed with a feed concentrate. up to 200 kilos.

Once this weight is reached, it is the moment in which a silage diet is supplied, which is composed of corn pastures, sunflower silo, pea and alfalfa silo and natural pastures supervised by our veterinarians.

The native pig breed raised in freedom, comes from the Urbasa mountain range and the Aralar valley, the Iberian pig comes from the pastures of Extremadura and Andalusia and the white pig from the integrators of Catalonia, Aragon and Navarra.

All these products are acquired from the lands surrounding the farms, with their own crops and silage.

All our animals are slaughtered in approved slaughterhouses with sanitary records, which provides perfect quality and compounds, to obtain top quality meat.
